5.0 out of 5 (71 reviews)

Once upon a time, you had a classroom.

You traded your time and energy for a steady paycheck, lesson plans, and late nights spent catching up on paperwork. Your passion was real, but so was the burnout, the bureaucracy, and the feeling that your impact was limited to what you could squeeze into a six-period day.

Today, the landscape is different.

You can take your hard-earned skills—your ability to lead, support, and teach—and use them to build a flexible and meaningful career as an executive function coach. One where you are in control of your schedule, your income, and the kind of work you do.

But for most educators, that path feels unclear.

You have probably seen advice scattered across social media or buried in blog posts, but stitching it all together into a real business plan is overwhelming. Most courses do not speak directly to teachers, and they often skip the real-life steps needed to go from overwhelmed to confident and paid.

No one has created a clear and proven roadmap until now.

The Executive Function Coaching Academy Certification was built specifically for teachers and special education professionals ready to transition out of the classroom and into coaching. You will get step-by-step training, done-for-you tools, and a community of educators just like you.

It is everything you need to start and grow a business that gives you freedom, impact, and long-term sustainability.

What will you learn?

My goal with the Executive Function Coaching Certification was to give you the complete roadmap to launch and grow a sustainable coaching business using the skills you already have as an educator.

Inside the course, you will learn how to identify your niche, connect with the right families, build strong coaching relationships, teach executive function skills with confidence, track progress, and grow your practice in a way that feels aligned and manageable.

If you are looking for a practical, proven system designed specifically for teachers and special educators ready to transition out of the classroom, this is it.

Who is this course for?

Not everyone is going to be a right fit for EF Coach Certification.

You're a good fit for this course if...

  • You want to start or grow a coaching business that actually helps students—not just talk about helping them.

  • You’re ready to take what you’ve learned as an educator and turn it into a flexible, profitable career.

  • You’re open to trying new tools, strategies, and systems—even if they’re outside your comfort zone.

  • You’re committed to doing the real work of building a business, not just collecting certificates.

  • You care deeply about helping students with ADHD, autism, or executive function challenges succeed.

  • You want a supportive community, feedback, and structure to help you follow through.

  • You’re ready to take imperfect action, reflect, and keep moving forward.

You're not a good fit for this course if...

  • You’re only interested in learning theory or academic research about executive functioning.

  • You expect a plug-and-play job placement or a done-for-you client pipeline.

  • You want someone to give you a script for every situation instead of learning how to think like a coach.

  • You believe helping students starts and ends with worksheets or teaching content.

  • You’re unwilling to try new approaches, shift your mindset, or learn business and marketing skills.

  • You’re hoping this course will give you credentials without requiring effort.

WHOSE BEHIND THIS?

Hi–I’m Sean. I help executive function coaches

build profitable online practices.

In 2019, I found myself entrenched in a school system that prioritized content over essential life skills. I felt increasingly frustrated, knowing that students needed executive function skills for true independence and success.

I had a growing family and needed financial stability, making the leap into EF coaching a daunting prospect. However, discovering a community of parents and educators passionate about EF skills changed everything.

In 2020, I took action.

I contacted local educational psychologists and ADHD therapists, sharing my vision of helping kids with organizational skills. Dylan and Silva, two key allies, connected me with clients who needed my expertise and enthusiasm.

Encouraged by their support, I took the plunge. Word spread quickly, and I successfully built Executive Function Specialists, transforming countless lives through EF coaching.

Now, I empower educators who want to transition into rewarding EF coaching careers.

When I'm not working on my business, I enjoy traveling with my family, exercising, and reading.

Once you purchase, you get 90 days access to the course and Skool community. If you need more than 90 days, you can extend to a one-year membership.

Can the course be completed at any time once purchased?

While the course is a great fit for working with middle and high school students, it does not focus on strategies for clients younger than 6th grade.

The main reason for this is that younger students often face challenges engaging in online sessions, which can make it difficult to scale your practice beyond in-person work.

How are the modules delivered for foreign attendees?

The entire program is delivered online and can be taken self-paced by watching the class recordings.

What are the Guarantees?

- Right-Fit Guarantee — go through the first two modules, and if you’re not satisfied or don’t feel EFCA is the right fit, I’ll refund you in full.
