This is the exact approach to managing school I've taught to hundreds of students and educators at Executive Function Specialists and the Executive Function Coaching Academy.

It helped me keep track of my teacher/s, manage time with Google calendar and Google tasks, make an error log, Keep track of assignments, and would 100000000000% recommend this to anybody that wants an AMAZING semester!

"I took this course because I wanted to put myself in the shoes of today's high school and college students. My formal education days were well before all of these tools were available. Yet, students today struggle with different things: the constant bombardment of social media, the lure to disconnect via games, the need for instant gratification and lacking problem solving skills. A course like this is a prime opportunity to ENGAGE a student in their learning, to begin the task of turning over accountability and ownership of their learning to them. These skills and tools are transferrable to the world of working."

Semester Success Blueprint is for middle school, high school, and college students who are tired of missing assignments, last-minute panic, and feeling behind. It’s also for parents and educators who want a clear, repeatable system to help a student take ownership.
You’ll learn a simple framework to track assignments in one place, plan your week, time-block work in Google Calendar, and communicate with teachers without stress. You’ll also learn how to plan backwards for exams/projects so big deadlines stop sneaking up.
You get six short lessons plus the tools/templates: Student Dashboard, Communication Templates, and an Error Log / Missing Work Tracker. Everything is designed to be practical and used immediately.
The core training is about 50 minutes, broken into short lessons. Most students can set up the system the same day.
Yes—this is self-paced and you get lifetime access.
No. If you have a Google account, you can use everything (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail, and Tasks). The system works alongside whatever your school uses (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, PowerSchool, etc.).
That’s exactly who this is for. The dashboard + tracker helps you get a clean view of what’s missing, what matters most, and what to do next—without overwhelm.
Yes. This system is built for executive function support: fewer decisions, clear next steps, reminders, and routines that reduce “I forgot” moments.
Semester Success Blueprint is a self-paced course and toolkit (not 1:1 coaching). If you want personalized support, you have options:

Absolutely. Many families do it together the first time so the student has support setting it up—then the student runs the system going forward.
This doesn’t rely on motivation. It’s a structure that makes it easier to start, easier to finish, and easier to see progress—so confidence builds from small wins.
Yes. The tools work great as accommodations supports (organization, planning, reminders, communication), and can complement existing school supports.
