Why most new coaches stall

You can help the student. Getting families to say yes is the part no one taught you.

Schools don't teach executive function skills. Families are looking for someone who will, and educators are already trained for this work. What's missing is the business around it.

Your host

Sean McCormick, M.Ed.

Sean spent years as a public school special education teacher before building Executive Function Specialists, the first California Department of Education-certified organization focused primarily on executive function coaching. In 2021 he turned his method into the Executive Function Coaching Academy. We've since worked with hundreds of educators, many of them retired or retiring teachers in their 60s and 70s.

It took me years of learning and trial and error to figure out the blueprint for helping coaches quickly attract clients, deliver results, and grow their own coaching brand. Using this method, we've trained coaches all over the world. Now I want to share it with you.
